Objective:
Achieve retail sales targets by engaging walk-in customers, referrals, and individual clients. Provide personalized consultations, strong follow-up, and excellent customer experience.

• Handle walk-in clients, referrals, and leads from campaigns/social media.
• Conduct needs analysis and match clients with suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, explain coverage, and close sales professionally.
• Support issuance and renewals; coordinate for post-sale experience.
• Maintain follow-up and encourage referrals for repeat business.
• Record leads/deals in CRM; provide daily/weekly reports.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years retail/direct sales (insurance/banking/telecom/service preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion; customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic MS Office; CRM/sales tools preferred.
• Languages: Arabic or Kurdish (by branch) + English.
