Corporate Sales Officer

Reports To: Branch Sales Supervisor · Location: Per selected branch

Objective:
Drive corporate and institutional sales growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining business clients. Ensure professional representation, strong relationship management, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations aligned with company guidelines.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with branch targets.
  • Maintain relationships, follow renewals, and ensure timely policy updates.
  • Seek cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within accounts.
  • Maintain CRM records and submit weekly activity/pipeline reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • 2–3 years B2B sales experience (insurance/banking/telecom/service preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); CRM experience preferred.
  • Languages: Arabic or Kurdish (by branch) + English.
