Corporate Sales Officer
Reports To: Branch Sales Supervisor · Location: Per selected branch
Objective:
Drive corporate and institutional sales growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining business clients.
Ensure professional representation, strong relationship management, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
- Prepare proposals and quotations aligned with company guidelines.
- Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with branch targets.
- Maintain relationships, follow renewals, and ensure timely policy updates.
- Seek cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within accounts.
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly activity/pipeline reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- 2–3 years B2B sales experience (insurance/banking/telecom/service preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); CRM experience preferred.
- Languages: Arabic or Kurdish (by branch) + English.
